The typical Pelikan pen has a striated green design, I can actually spot them from from 20 meters away because they have such a distinct look. Seeing them in a different color is quite unusual, I am used to the occasional brown, or rather Tortoise but this is the first time I had them in Blue. The fountain pen is a M800 which has a very nice heft to it but more importantly that superb 18k solid gold nib (size M), and the matching rollerball and pencil make it a great and versatile setup.
